At Baby, the Stars Shine Bright, we strive to ensure your Lolita fashion experience is magical; however, if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 14 days of receipt. Please note that due to the delicate nature of our garments, items must be returned in their original lace-protected packaging.

Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully fold the garment and place it back into its original protective plastic and branded box to prevent any damage to the lace or embroidery during transit.
Shipping Your Return
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking information.
Refund Processing
Once our atelier team inspects the item for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
